Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday).
In most cases if your parcel is sent to a home address and no authorised person is available to sign then a card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local post office. On rare occasions your parcel will be returned to the Australia Post Depot and a re-delivery will be required. If you do not receive your parcel with in 5 days please email or call us.
Please note that you can specify for your parcel to be left unattended but Emmeline can not take any responsibility for parcels that are lost/stolen.
Please ensure you enter your correct mailing address as Emmeline can not take any responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses and we will have to charge you for the re-delivery of the order and shipping costs.
When your items have been shipped we will email you a shipping confirmation where a tracking number will be provided. To track your purchase, you can enter your tracking number at www.auspost.com.au You will also receive a direct text message from Australia Post to choose your delivery option.
